Sports Technology Labs Wolverine: The BPC-157 and TB-500 Stack
The Sports Technology Labs Wolverine stack explained: what is in it, why BPC-157 and TB-500 are paired, how it compares with the Glow stack and how to store it.

What the Sports Technology Labs Wolverine stack is
The Sports Technology Labs Wolverine stack is two separate vials in one order: BPC-157 5mg and TB-500 5mg. Wolverine is the nickname the research community gave this pair, after the comic book character who heals fast, because the two are the most studied repair peptides.
It costs $129.99. The current certificates read 99.43% for BPC-157 and 99.42% for TB-500 by HPLC.
Why BPC-157 and TB-500 are paired
They work on different stages of repair. BPC-157 is linked to new blood vessel growth and nitric oxide signaling, so it’s associated with getting blood supply back into damaged tissue. TB-500, synthetic thymosin beta-4, binds actin and helps cells migrate into the injured area. Labs that want to look at both stages in the same model order the two together.
Separate vials, not a blend
Some sellers freeze-dry the two peptides together in one vial. Ours come as two vials. That takes one extra reconstitution, but you can choose the ratio between them, change it between experiments, and run a control arm with only one compound from the same batch.
Sports Technology Labs Wolverine stack versus Glow
The Glow stack adds a third vial, GHK-Cu 50mg, the copper peptide linked to collagen and tissue remodeling. If your model is about skin, wound closure or collagen, Glow fits better. If it’s about tendon, muscle or gut, the Wolverine stack is the usual choice.
Research behind the Wolverine pair
Almost all of it comes from animals. Rodent work from Predrag Sikiric’s group in Zagreb covers BPC-157 in tendon, ligament and gut injuries, and a 2004 Nature paper from Bock-Marquette and colleagues showed thymosin beta-4 protecting heart cells after injury in mice. Our BPC-157 guide and TB-500 guide go further, and this PubMed search lists the papers.
Mixing and storing the stack
Reconstitute each vial separately with bacteriostatic water. With 2mL in each, both vials hold 2.5mg per mL. Label them clearly, keep them in the fridge at 2 to 8°C, and use them within 30 days of mixing.
