What are recovery peptides?

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid fragment of a protein first found in gastric juice. Most of the published work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group in Zagreb and covers tendon, ligament, muscle and gut healing in rodents.

TB-500 is synthetic thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin and helps cells move into damaged tissue. KPV, a three-amino-acid piece of alpha-MSH, is studied for calming inflammation, and PEG-MGF is a pegylated form of the IGF-1 splice variant muscle makes after damage.
